All products sold by Swag4Sale Club are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the customized nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
Incorrect size selection
Color preference
Style preference
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details prior to completing a purchase.
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the following:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue with the item
A brief description of the problem
Requests submitted without photo evidence or outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue either:
A replacement item, or
A refund, at our discretion
Because all items are produced on demand, the following are non-returnable:
Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Orders submitted with incorrect shipping information
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was caused by us.
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
